Ihsan started Revivo Kitchen & Bath at 22 years old with a straightforward mission: build a remodeling company that he himself would want to hire. One that's honest about pricing, serious about craftsmanship, and actually shows up when it says it will.

But the story didn't start at 22. Before founding Revivo, Ihsan spent 4 years embedded in the Triangle's commercial and residential real estate industry, working alongside some of Raleigh's top companies across construction, property development, and home flipping. He's seen firsthand what makes a renovation add real value to a home, what corners get cut when nobody's watching, and what separates a remodel that looks good for two years from one that holds up for twenty.

That experience across 50+ completed projects is what gave him the confidence to build something better and the knowledge to actually deliver it. Absolutely, and this is one of our favorite parts of the process. Before any work starts, we provide you with a complimentary 3D architectural design of your remodeled space, completely on the house. You'll see exactly how your new kitchen or bathroom will look, the layout, the cabinets, the countertops, every detail, so you can make confident decisions before a single material is ordered or a single nail is driven. No guessing, no surprises, and no charge for the design. Just a clear, exciting vision of what's coming.
3How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
Every project is unique, so we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. A kitchen remodel can range from $8,000 to $50,000 and above depending on scope, materials, and layout changes. A bathroom remodel typically starts around $5,000. What we can promise is this: you'll always get a detailed, transparent quote with no hidden fees and no surprise invoices. We'd rather give you an honest number upfront than a low number that climbs later.
4Do you own your fabrication shop?
Yes, and this is one of the biggest advantages of working with Revivo. Because we fabricate countertops in-house, we cut out the middleman entirely. That means faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and better pricing passed directly to you.
5Where do your cabinets come from?
We source our cabinets directly through our own wholesale line, giving you access to premium cabinet selections at prices most contractors simply can't match. You get high-end results without the high-end markup.
6Do I need a permit for my remodel?
It depends on the scope of work. Most of our core services, cabinet installation, countertop fabrication, and tile work, typically don't require permits in the Triangle area. For projects involving structural changes, plumbing, or electrical work, we'll guide you through exactly what's needed so there are no surprises.
1How long does a remodel take?
Timeline depends on the size and complexity of your project. A standard bathroom remodel typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. A full kitchen remodel generally runs 2 to 4 weeks. We give you a clear timeline before we start and communicate every step of the way. No ghosting, no guessing.
2Who will be working in my home?
The same trusted crew we've worked alongside for years. We don't pull strangers from a list. Our subcontractors are experienced professionals we've vetted, worked with repeatedly, and trust completely. Your home is in good hands.
3Do you handle the entire project or do I need to hire multiple contractors?
We handle it all. Starting with your complimentary 3D design, free of charge, where you'll see your future space come to life before work even begins. From there we manage material selection, fabrication, installation, and final walkthrough. One point of contact, start to finish, no coordinating five different people on your own.
4Can I supply my own materials?
Absolutely. If you've already selected specific materials or fixtures, we're happy to work with what you have. That said, many of our clients find that our direct sourcing saves them money even compared to retail, so it's always worth a conversation first.
